Misted Water
The High-Velocity Water Spray System applies water in the form of a shower or expanding cone, with fine droplets at high speed. Three extinguishing principles are employed in the system: emulsification, cooling, and smothering. The system uses high-velocity projectors mounted on galvanized Schedule 40 conduits above and around the transformer to be protected.
